Hi, I got this message when I try to sync my devices:
“Not In Sync: Configuration failed: system_name:Only alphabets, digits, hyphens and underscores are allowed”. I’ve updated them to 4.2.1 version
What it mean? I called a device such as “404” and another as “centrocongressi”

We are working on the fix and should be available in upcoming patch release of cnMaestro.

Please find below workaround that address the issue:

  • Edit the location field in the AP Group and push update configuration to the devices
