Error Transferring Files: Invalid Auto Update SM Type(s) selected Using CNUT

I am using Cnut because we had a glitch when replacing a backhaul last week that seemed to have killed snmp reachability of the SM's to cn Maestro. The Only fix so far seems to be a reboot of the SM to get it to be able to talk to cnMaestro. So I thought I would take advantage of the situation last night and upgrade the site to 16.2 from 16.1

The AP's took the upgrade just fine, but Auto Update failed and gave me this warning.
Here are the logs from Cnut. Can anyone tell what is happening please?
