Error when getting profiles

Hello,

When I attempt to choose the option Profile>Get Profiles, I am getting the following error.

I have checked my network settings and profile service and both are successful.

Hi Brandon,

You are reaching the limit because you are registered with a generic hotmail address. Please use your corporate email address to increase your limit.
