Errors after firmware upgrade

Hi,

I've just updated a PMP450 SM from 13.2 to 13.4 but it has booted with factory default settings and with the following error messages (see attachments).

It also "has lost" the license (it was a 10Mbps).

Please open a ticket with Cambium Support http://cambiumnetworks.com/support .  They will be able to have technicians correct the license and calibration issue.

insert reset_plug

reboot

dedelte reset_plug (not reboot)

open telnet session 169.254.1.1

oops <<< unlock config

calibrate device command use.

So far I've found 20 SM's that lost their 10mb license after the upgrade to 13.4 and then downgrade to 13.2.1

Currently checking installed units. Potentially, we could have hundreds that lost their license.

I'm beginning wonder if this is not related to the upgrade/downgrade and that I was shipped 4mb radios marked and invoiced as 10mb. All the affected SM's were purchased at the same time.

Turns out this is not related to 13.4 at all.  Units boxed, labeled and shipped by Cambium as 10Mb were actually 4mb. MAC and Serial Number on the SM and Box do match. The 10Mb license was just not added.

Confirmed, 2 months ago I received ~75 SM shipped as 10Mbit but they were 4Mbit.

But in this case I'm sure that the radio was a 10Mbit before the firmware upgrade.

Hi - Have you contacted support?   We need to see the full list of MAC addresses to go look at the programming history of these devices.   Seeing the "DFLT" on that screenshot concerns me though, there may be something else going on here entirely.

Thanks
