Errors not reporting properly

I only have about 15 devices in my account.  I know this is a beta(?) product so maybe this is more of a bug report.

Two things I've noticed as of late:

1) CPE devices will remove themselves from the nested list un the AP they are connected to and appear by temselves under the tower. After a week or so, they suddenly re-appear attached to the AP.  Nothing was done to the CPE or AP to make that happen.

2) Dashboard will report an AP is down when it is not. I get a major alarm saying it is off-line in the device tab but it is not listed as down in the overview.  I've attached a screen shot.

The bottom of the page shows I have 1 major alarm. The top of the page says I have none.  When I click on each individual device, one of them shows a major alarm and being offline for over 18 hours but the device is online and working fine.

Also, shouldn't a device off line be critical, not major? I guess it is based on your point of view...

Thanks for highlighting these issues.

1)  We are aware of the following issue you describe and are working to resolve it.  Problem:  SM moves in the device tree from its parent AP and instead show up as a child of the tower or network.

2)  For the second issue you highlight, can you clarify if the following is a correct understanding of the problems ?  There are two problems.  First, the device is functional, passing traffic and has network connectivity but the device dashboard in cnMaestro indicates that the device has been down for 18 hours.  Second, there is some inconsistency on the various pages in cnMaestro.  Some  show this alarm and others do not show it.  The expectation is that they be consistsent.

For number 2, you are correct.

Here is a small screenshot of the SM in cnMeastro:

It clearly shows down for 21 hours.  However, it is up and running just fine.  At the top of the page, I see 1 major alarm when I am on the SM.

Here is a screenshot of that same section of the page for the AP that SM is connected to:

No active alarms according to the AP.  The top of all pages never state there is an alarm:

So, inconsistent and inaccurate.

Today, cnMaestro is showing 5 major alarms of devices offline when in reality, none of them are off line.

Following up on this thread. Not sure where development is.  I have two devices off line but they are not reported as critical or major alarms:
