Does the ethernet port speed affect the RSSI, I have tried the link planner to calculate the link budget, and the traget level change from -71 to -49 when I change the port speed

In the wild, no. the only guess I have for why that is in link planner is you don't need as good of a signal to hold 100 meg link. (with no noise you can pass 100 meg around 70db on 40mhz channel) to get the full speed of the radios you'll need a gig port and MCS15 in the radios.
