Export CRC problems

Hello!

Is it possible to export from all units Ethernet CRC problems into one file? We are using devices PMP 450 and 450i.

SW version: 15.1.2

CnMaestro version: 1.5.0-r12

I need to check with my team.

By the way you are running a very old version of On-Premises.

We released 1.6.0-r5 OVA and latest package is 1.6.2-r11

Please update your On-Premises with latest where we have improved and added new features.

Do you have any informations about the CRC export? Is it possible to do with this version (1.6.2-r11) of cnMaestro?

Hi ,

Can you please elaborate on what exactly you want to export when you say CRC problems for Ethernet interfaces for PMP 450 or 450i. A screenshot should help us. Then we can confirm whether this is there in 1.6.2-r11 or not.

I have attached a print screen. I would like to export CRC Error counters from all devices.

Hi ,

Currently cnMaestro supports only RF statistics for ePMP/PMP devices and Ethernet statistics are not supported.

Hence you cannot export the CRC errors data from cnMAestro.

Are you planning to develop this feature in a future version of cnMaestro?

I can raise a feature request in cnMaestro so that engineering team will consider for future releases.
