I have 3 backhauls on top of 2500 m high mountain. Winter conditions are winds up to 250 km/h and lot of ice.
Is there any 3rd party vendor reflector dishes or some other solution witch could solve my problem?

We’ve got several sites that are at 7-9,000-ft with lots of ice and the
factory reflectors are holding up fine. Although, we don’t experience
150mph winds. We do get over 100 all the time.
Are you looking for something to keep the ice off of the reflectors?
If so, you can get some of those heaters for 18-inch satellite dishes.
