i am using force200 and it is connected to gig switch even its shwing 100mbps only. we did all the R&D, but not working on 1000 mbps. pllsss suggest what to do for the solution

Have you verified the cabling in between the radio and switch with a cable tester? You may have a partially punched down or open pair situation.
This issue is usually easily visible if either of your interfaces are taking any CRC, transmit, or receive errors.
Another thing you can try is to hard code both ends to 1000/Full and see if you still have Layer 1. If you do NOT, I can bet you likely have a bad cable or ethernet interface.
