Factory Defaults Lock not Working

I have the Factory Defaults Lock enabled on our deployed cnPilots. One of our customers has managed to default their R201P more than once, though. I tried it here in the office with 2 different R201P with Factory Defaults Lock enabled and was able to reproduce the problem: holding the reset button will factory default the device when the lock is on. I am running the lastest firmware 4.2.3-R4.

Anyone experience the same issue?

We have replicated the same in our lab and found the same results.

I am passing this information to our product team and possibly this will get fixed in the next release.
