Hi, it would be great if Super Administrators could edit user roles. Currently, to change an existing user from one role to the next you have to delete the user and send a new invitation with their new role.
It would be far more convenient and less time consuming to be able to edit the user’s role and simply select the new role from the drop-down.
I too have been wondering about this feature. I’ve been told by Cambium support that the only way currently at the time of this post is to remove the user and re-add them with the new permission. Very annoying in my view. Hopefully Cambium Tech team can find a solution to this.
