Few bugs after upgrade to 13.1.1

So i upgrade few APs and SM PMP 100 to version 13.1.1, and all works fine but after a time checking i saw few bugs:

1 - I using Protocol Filtering for few years, i have SMB, Bootp client/server and IPv4 Multicast marked, for upstream and downstream, after upgrade to 13.1.1, if i change anything, mark on bootp client/server and IPv4 Multicast disappear, and dont works anymore, if i mark them again and i press save changes, when the web loads again i see them unmarket.

2 - Layer 2 Neighbors is empty after upgrade to 13.1.1
