Please take 4.5. to upload it to the radio in the recovery mode.
Then upgrade it one more time from normal UI.

Have you had any negative experience with F300s?
I've checked but didn't observe any Support Tickets opened under the e-mail address your account is created on.
If you could give us more details I believe we will be able to solve your issue if it exists.
