Force 300-25L Unable To Get Onboarded On cnMaestro Cloud

Hi I have 2 Force 300-25L’s running 4.8.1 on my bench, and having a hard time getting them onboarded onto cnMaestro Cloud.

I can see from the syslog when the device gets configured pre serial number onboarding the device can talk to cnMaestro Cloud
May 20 09:29:33 F300-25L-V2-REDACTED DEVICE-AGENT[4548]: Received error message: [Device Not Claimed] from cnMaestro

After entering the serial number, network parameters etc in cnMaestro I see the the following in the logs
Jul 28 16:41:28 F300-25L-V2-REDACTED DEVICE-AGENT[28833]: Received error message: [Internal Error] from cnMaestro
Jul 28 16:41:28 F300-25L-V2-REDACTED DEVICE-AGENT[28833]: Unable to discover cnMaestro URL (re-discover in 78 seconds)

Devices have internet access and can ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com

ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com
PING us-east-1-rtr-1-578252723.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com (3.223.75.199) 56(84) bytes of data.

64 bytes from ec2-3-223-75-199.compute-1.amazonaws.com (3.223.75.199): icmp_req=2 ttl=239 time=237 ms

show netstat has shown that the devices has established some sort of connection to aws which is probably where cnMaestro resides

show netstat
Active Internet connections (servers and established)
Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State
tcp 0 0 192.168.0.2:59332 ec2-54-154-87-207.eu-west-1.compute.amazonaws.com:https ESTABLISHED

From web console directly connected to radio just get the following
cnMaestro Connection Status Connecting

Device does have DNS and NTP correctly configured and are syncing and working via browser.
NTP Status NTP Enabled, Date and Time is obtained from NTP Server

Did try and fill cnMaestro URL with https://cloud.cambiumnetworks.com manually to see if it fixes anything but still same issue.

Checking if anyone has seen something similar ?

Rebooted both pairs again this morning and they registered to cnMaestro.
Not sure what was the cause.
