Force 300 PTP link rebooting every few minutes, errors in log

Hey guys,
We have a pair of Force 300s providing a private link to a rather high-paying customer, and the link has been rebooting every 5-10 minutes.  We were running 4.3.2.1 firmware but the customer had been complaining of drops, so we downgraded it to 4.3.1 (as 4.3.2 caused an issue for us). This is what shows up in the logs:

Anybody else experiencing this?

We had a tech go out and reterminate cable / swap PoE.  So far the link has been up for >4 hours, so perhaps it was a layer 1 issue.
