Force 400c chain imbalance issue

Hi all, just need some insight to narrow down issue on a 400c ptp link. Their is a chain imbalance showing on the master’s chain 1…

Here is the slave side…

Would it be safe to say that the masters pigtail or radio is the issue, not the slave?

Edit: Also seeing this on the slave, only last for a second or so…

Hello @DigitalMan2020,

about “No Signal”. In some cases, especially with low SNR, we can not execute a good measurement and it says No Signal. We are working on improvement. It should not lead to any performance degradation.

About your chain imbalance. It must be HW related. Swinging pigtail, water ingress, or lightning damage. Master shows the signal it receives from Slave. So yes, most probably it is on Slave side.

Edit: @aka Unfortunately it is still acting up but the chains and signal are good. Getting poor modulation. Here is the masters wireless tab…
