Force130 onboard

Hi,
I bought two Force130 and none of them can’t be onboard in cnMaestro with MSN, it said invalid serial number, tried multiple times on multiple controllers.
Both devices have 12 digit MSN.
Workaround is onboarding them with cambium ID local on device.

Why they can’t be onboard on “regular” way through cnMaestro directly, using MSN?
