FTP server upwards not working

Hi,

I have a EPMP1000 with 3.5.1 FW, the customer is complaining about an external FTP server was using before with DSL: when he connects to FTP it gets an error directly.

If he tries to download the ftp file with his mobile phone and cellullar data it works.

Not sure when can be the problem but seems something related to NAT in the EPMP1000 ???

The CPE is working as NAT router and has public WAN IP (wireless side) and is the default gateway in  the LAN side

Has anybody had issues with FTP servers and epmp1000?

can you verify that it is in fact the epmp nat stopping it by letting a public IP get directly to the customer?

I have the same problem here, I started a thread about it too.

But for me, the problem is with all the ports.. they stay closed. I used the port 21 and hosted a FTP server just for testing, it is unreachable from outside. I hope we can get a solution
