Gathering AP and SM Infromation from Prizm

Hi,


at time when the Motorola Helpdesk need some Information i must use the CNUT Tool, because this function are not integrated in Prizm.
i hope you can grant the my request

We’re running Prizm3.1 and the gather support tool is included, located under Help > Technical Support

I’m pretty sure it was also available in Prizm3.

are you sure that the PRizm 3.1 can gather the same information? i have spoke yersterday with motorola and they say no!

Last time I required support they told me that tool does the same thing as the support tool in CNUT.
