Get a error "Failed to resolve URL" with Force 180 device

Hello everyone,

I am testing the cloud based device management function with Force 180 device, I claimed device by Cambium ID. 

I followed cnMeastro guide to configure but I got a error "Failed to resolve URL".

Could everyone please help me for this case ?

Hi vantienphap,

Verify please cnMaestro cloud URL where you have created your account and compare it with URL configured on device.

Also check whether device has DNS servers configured properly.
