GPS Sync loss on ePMP1000 with PacketFlux \ CMM3

Anyone out there that has experience with packetflux?  We have the RackInjector and it is supplying power and gps sync (on CMM3) to 17 epmp 1000 and 2000.  Today two of them lost gps sync before gaining it.  Packetflux shows no loss in sync or gps antennas.  Any ideas on what could cause this?  Maybe these two have a bad cable or crimp?
