Hello everyone, I’ve updated my instrument with the latest version 2.5, but each time I connect I get this error: On-Board GPS Chip requires a firmware upgrade. Please go to the Tools->Software Upgrade->GPS Firmware Upgrade subsection to perform the upgrade. how do I update only the GPS? where exhaust the update files?

You should use Main Firmware ePMP-GPS_Synced-v2.5.tar.gz file to upgrade GPS Firmware like you use it to upgrade System Firmware.
