i mean is there anyway we can have Guest portal for our ePMP SMs eg F300-16

Hi Bai Dodou Drammeh,

No, ePMP devices don’t support Guest Portal.
Guest portal only applicable for Enterprise Wi-Fi (E-Series and XV-Series) and cnPilot Enterprise (ePMP 1000 Hotspot).
