Guest Portal Payment Code - delete or expire

Does anyone know of a way to “expire” or delete a voucher code bought through payment-gateway? A patron bought the wrong package and wants a refund, but we cannot find out where to expire or delete the code generated by the wrong purchase.

Hi ,

As per current implementation we don’t have direct way to delete the paid voucher until it get expired automatically as per your session time configuration.

We would like to know that, are you using on-prem or cloud?
