Hardware scheduler setting on AP & SM not saved.
I enabled hardware scheduler in (expanded stats>frame calculator) in both AP & SM. However if the canopy AP or SM reboots it defaults back to the software scheduling. I made sure I hit (apply settings) button but canopy does not save the configuration set to hardware scheduler. Please help since my entire canopy network works perfect when hardware scheduler is enabled but the AP & SM do not retain the setting.
Set HWS in the “configuration” page
The Frame Calculator is only a simple utility to help a Canopy administrator determine the correct settings to use for colocating AP’s running Software scheduling with AP’s running Hardware scheduling (for timing, to eliminate the possibility of desense). It’s just a calculator.
Like Andrew said, it’s right at the top of the Configuration page for both AP and SM.
