Kindly help as I’m getting too many calls from customers that they are connected but couldn’t browse.
I actually did a fw upgrade(fw v3.6 r16) on 15cnpilot(E500) on my network and those I couldnt reach on the web are the ones customers are calling complained of not browsing.
I could get reply from the device through ping but I can’t reach it on browser. What should I do in other to prevent tech visit for manual reset.
Kindly note that devices were showing online on cnmaestro.

As you are saying you are not able to reach AP through browser, are you able to ssh to the AP?. Is it possible to get AP config which you are using from AP's which are in working condition and have the same configuration. Are you using mesh also in your network?
