So we have a stuck hidden radio in our cnMaestro. It cannot be accessed in the dashboard, and it cannot be deleted (cnMaestro just spins and spins). Can I get someone to login and take a look at this and delete it?
Are you able to see the device in the inventory view? Is deletion blocked from both the left-hand tree and the inventory view?

Yes, I can see it in inventory view BUT when I try to delete it cnMaestro spins forever. It does not appear in the left hand tree.
Jordan was able to get into my cnMaestro and resolve the issue. Apparently the bulk delete function didn't work, but the red X delete on the far right in inventory worked. Thanks Jordan!
