Would being to close to the AP cause a Canopy to have a very high RSSI (In the 2000’s)

YEs. Turn the power down.

for 2400gears, the lowest power transmit is 3dBm

We have one customer still get rssi around 2200, because the distance between AP and SM only 10 meters. So we decide to put the SM inside the house (look like wimax already . :roll: )
