Customer can download Physical Map Issue hotfix from below link :

Instructions to Apply Hotfix :

  1. Stop WM Server
  2. Extract and replace “server” directory available in given hotfix file with existing wm/server directory.
  3. Start WM Server
  4. Verify the physical map issue
