How do I get DHCP working when APs are in bridging mode?

My APs are in routing mode right now and I have each AP relaying DHCP requests to our DHCP server.

I tried setting the APs to bridging mode, and it works as long as I configure a static address on the SM side. However, DHCP requests do not seem to be making it to the DHCP server. The DHCP server is on the same subnet as the wired interface of the APs.

Anyone have some hints?

When we tested the PMP320 we had no problems passing DHCP in Bridge mode.

ROUTER (w/ DHCP Server issuing PUBLIC IP’s)—>AP (static private IP)---->SM(static private)—>LAPTOP (set to DHCP, receiving PUBLIC IP from DHCP server)
