How do manage Users and permissions?


1.) Log in to CNS Server
2.) Click the Admin button at the top right of the screen
3.) Click the Users tab on the left side of the screen
4.) From this view you can add new users using right-click, Add Entry. Input a user name, password and user group.
5.) Right-click, Save Changes
6.) Click the Services tab on the left side of the screen
7.) From here you can edit Services groups of users can have access to by changing the User Groups column. Multiple groups can be entered by separating them with commas. If you created a new user with the User Group “example” and then added “example” to the user groups of Monitor and Upgrade, that user would only have access to those two services.
8.) Right-click, Save Changes
9.) Users will need to log out and log in to see the changes
