Currently using lan cable from NIDU to PSU to ODU. I cannot get T1's to talk. Am I using the correct port/cable configuration?

You also need to make sure you install the software license key for T1/E1 support on your PTP 650 ODU. You'll be able to tell if your PTP 650 is licensed for T1/E1 support in the capabilities summary in the installation wizard.
