We have a different experience with cnPilotR190, we found them to be unreliable they go offline, whilst they have internet access coming to the WAN port causing a lot of callouts with our clients and complaints. We are now using another brand in their place and we haven’t received a single complaint. Given the price tag of the cnPilotR190 compared to its peers in the market it was a bad investment on our part. This was raised with support and the cause couldn’t be determined, we were recommended to be on the latest available firmware which only worked for some but not all
