How to report if someone claim my cnPilot AP from cnMestro.

When i claim my APs from cnMestro, I found one of my cnPilot access point is already claimed from other account
and I can't claim this AP. So, please help me to recover my AP and if someone know how to report this error to cambium.

Please login to Cambium Support Center (https://support.cambiumnetworks.com) and raise a request with the relevant details. Use the "Submit a request" button towards the top-right corner of the page to initiate a request.
