A loopback plug made of an RJ-12 that connects pins 1 and 6 is what you need.

its easy you can made your own reset cable as Salad says, and connect the reset cable into the device and then connecting the RJ45 cable and login with the default ip 169.254.1.1
Just use the end of a USB printer cable, aka USB-B cable.
