how to turn down power level

Hello ALL;
I really want to know how to turn down the power level on my canopy’s. I have tried checking on the configuration pagfe but cant find where, could somebody help me ?

Depending on the radio, you will either have the ability to adjust power in dB, or you will simply have Normal and Low

Low is -18dB compared to Normal.
