HTC TX lookup failed error on a Ptp force 300

Good Day all,

Can you please assist me regarding this HTC TX lookup failed error? Is that the new version on the cambium or what can it be?

It works great for a few hours then i lost connection and the only way to get my internet up again is to basically unplug the cambium power and plug it back again then it works.

Have you tried updating the radios to 4.3.2.1?

Hallo Eric i did upgrade them to that version. Still happen. I feel clueless is the dish defective?

me esta dando el mismo error. pero no he monitoreado si se desconecta el cliente. creo q no. pero estoy buscando que significa ese error. HTC TX lookup failed!
