Hi,

At present cnMaestro doen't provide HHTPs access to Device UI from device dash borad. Will discuss internally  the scope to address the request / requirment.

https access would be very nice to have. There is a posting in the idea section...

Thanks

Hi,

Any chance you could make this an optional setting as my SMs are not on https so this feature is a bug...

I agree. It's definitely a hassle to have to remove the https when I click on IPs out of cnMaestro.

Hi Kyle,

Starting 2.3.0 release , cnMaestro reads from the device the web access mode and tries to launch the device GUI accordingly with http/https. So user need not remove https manually from the browser link while launching from cnmaestro if they do not have https enabled in device. This release is planned tentatively for this month end.

Thanks,

KR.

No cnMaestro does not read the device setting!
Currently none of our epmp hardware has https setup but cnMaestro shortcuts all point to the IP with https. This bug (as I cant choose http over https, it is a bad bug) is not fixed in 2.3.0

If a specific firmware or newer is required, then that should also be stated.

Hi Douglas,

Are you using On Premises or Cloud version of cnMaestro. The issue is fixed in both the variants. If using cloud please invite krishna.reddum@cambiumnetworks.com to your account so that we can debug the same. If you are using the On Premises version please raise a support ticket so that support team can take a remote session and debug the issue.

Thanks,

KR.
