# I connect direct to ePMP 1000 to PC so I can ping it but not access it y web brrowser

Hi

I connect directly to ePMP 1000 by PC.&nbsp; I can not access ePMP 1000 by web browser, but i can ping it.

Can you reset the radio to factory defaults and try again? You can find factory reset options [HERE](https://community.cambiumnetworks.com/t/how-can-i-reset-the-ap-or-sm-to-default-configuration/37463).

The same problem with 3 different computer, Cambium any update after this?

I have the same problem, but when I use my usb to nic interface I have connection why?

More details would be helpful. What does your PC indicate, what power supply are you using ? Did you factor default the radio as Eric suggested? What IP are you trying to reach and what operating mode is the epmp device expected to be in? Have you tried to reach it from link local address of 169.254.1.1?
