I want to change 10 5400SM for 15 lites

I have 10pcs brand new 5400SMDD.
I dont need them because im going to use them on SCADA system which reqires only 9600kbps data transfer.
I would like to change them for 15pcs 5460SMBC lites.
For the price of buying licence you will get full 7Mbps SM.

Why not SMDD also?
