You posted this to the ePMP portion of the forum, so I assume you want to use ePMP products for this PtP. That being said, there are a lot of variables at work here that you have not given any information for. Assuming you have clean spectrum and you're using a band that allows a higher EIRP or you're in a region that allows for high EIRP... you'll need to use a connectorized ePMP 1000 radio and a minimum of a 2' parabolic dish.
You can also use LinkPlanner to design a link using ePMP products and get a very good idea of what sort of bandwidth to expect.
