ICC Refuses to work

AP  v 14.1.2

ICC - Enabled

Bypass Authentication for ICC = Enabled

Use AP's Management VID for ICC connected SM = Enabled

SM v14.1.1 

Factory Default

(and Factory Default + Region set to Other\Other)

The radio doesn't seem to connect to the AP, i see it scanning it says registering, then goes back to scanning.

We're trying to get our new provisioning workflow working, but so far ran into a roadblock as the SM doesn't connect out of the box to ICC

Is what i'm seeing on AP side

We will investigate but meanwhile could you please keep AP and SM both to latest version of 14.2 and see if problem happens?

Hi , We have investigate this scenario and it works fine for us. If you still see problem please send CNUT capture of AP to solutions at cambiumnetworks dot com

Please do AP Evaluation. This seems that you are not getting good signal from the AP. Better to get RSI to be >-69dB. SM won't register if there is very low signal strength from the AP.
