Import Devices and Data from on promise to cloud

how can i import data and devices from on promise to cloud?

Unfortunately, this is not supported so you will have to onboard your devices in Cloud. We cannot export data from On-Premises and import it into the cloud account.

why it is so difficult? we need an export of the on promise..it is too much to do it manual!

Hi,

WLAN profiles and AP group can be exported from on Premises cnMaestro and can be imported into cnMaestro Cloud account.

Device can reach to Cloud cnMaestro automtically and they needs to be claimed manually.

I setup a cloud on-premise (run VM), export WLAN Profiles on Cloud and import to cloud on premise OK, but can not import AP Groups on cloud to Ap Groups on-premise ?
