we will normal add cnmesto on PTP-450 device but device show Insufficient Credentials what is the problem?

Hi Pawan, “Insufficient Credentials” generally indicates the PTP 450 is reaching cnMaestro, but the onboarding credentials are not matching. Please verify the following:

  1. Re-enter the correct Cambium ID and Onboarding Key, or onboard by claiming the device MSN/serial number in the correct cnMaestro account.
