I have installed a Canopy BTS but i’m having problem with my APs when connected to SS. I can’t have a clean PING when the APs are connected to APs while if disconnect those to APs ther I start to have clean PING. Can anybody help me solve this problem, I tried replacement of SS but still the AP connected to it is intermittent.
I would appreciate any comments on this. Thanks
It is recomenned that you do not put AP’s through a Surge supressor. If you do have it going through one, try changing the link speed to 10base T Full or Half duplex
If you do not use STP Cable , then you can have this problem.Set the speed to 10 mbps in case u use UTP.This will allow u to get proper pings with SS.
