We released a remote update for one of the data files that LINKPlanner uses yesterday, but then quickly rolled it back after a few users started to report a problem.
If you are unlucky enough to have downloaded the update before we rolled it back then you will need to remove the patch from your computer. So far only Windows users have reported the problem. To fix the error on Windows:
- Close LINKPlanner if it is running
- Click Windows Key + R (Start -> Run)
- Enter %APPDATA%\LINKPlanner into the “Open” box and click “OK”
- Select and delete the “data” directory
- Select and delete the “config.cfg” file
LINKPlanner should now run as normal.
