IPv4 Address N/A

All our SM radios are showing * IPv4 Address N/A when we try to remotely access them on cnmaestro’s subscriber module details ,what might be the cause and solution to it.

Looks like bug in new cnMaestro version.

Hi,

This was an existing issue even in the older versions. But this became more visible in 3.1.1. We fixed the issue and updated all servers to 3.1.1-r16 over the weekend (21-22 May). Please try now and let us know if you still observe any issues.
