Issue with ePMP 2000

Hi everyone,

we are having a lot of issue with some ePMP 2000 in diferent´s station, suddenly we lost ICMP and SNMP response and we need to send someone to manually reboot the radio, the firmware they have is 3.5.6, 3.5.2 and does not give any crashlog.

Is AP reachable through the Wireless?
Is it passing traffic or not?

hello team..

I am having same issue on the ePMP 2000 AP ... AP connected to gigabit switch and alway loss pinging session and  will require AP reboot before AP can be reachable . This happen frequently ... any input on it

Is AP reachable through the Wireless?

Did you try default local IP to reach it from the Ethernet side?
