Any/most local printers will print it for about $40 with a nice comb binding and vinyl front and back cover.

You can send Kinkos, AlphaGraphics, etc. the pdf over the web, and then pick up the printed copy or have them mail it to you.

Clear front, black regency vinyl back, double-sided printing, and a black “comb” binding work well.
First page in color, rest in black and white, runs $30 to $40 or so, depending on quantity and discounts. A couple copies may take as little as a couple hours.
425 pages becomes very manageable once double-sided and bound (vs single-sided and lose).
This manual is GREAT! Everything I needed to know and didn’t know to ask.
Sent it to Alphagraphics over the web, and they printed 2 copies with a clear cover, leatherette back, and spiral binding for 75.00.
