The last 3 to 4 months our team has installed PTP450i and PMP450i radios for approximately 20 POPs (1 POP came from 4 AP PMP450i radio and 1 PTP450i radio) of the total approximately 100 radio units currently 15% down due to lightning issues ...
there was also a case on one of our sites installing Epmp1000 force 200, PTP450i and PTP 670 radios with the same source grounding and power but the PTP450i radio which was damaged by lightning ...
Do my colleagues experience the same thing or are PMP450i and PTP450i radios different in their resistance to lightning with Epmp1000 and others?
